There has been many speculation among most Malaysians how the Main Stream Media like Television and Newspapers ( which are also Government owned / linked companies ) always have bias reporting to ensure the current government is in good light all the time. Whether that is true or not, I leave it to you to decide, but I found this image online, that was published by one of our Local Newspapers, Berita Harian on their website ( I am not sure if it was publish in their daily today as I don't read it ). The picture seemed to be a doctored one.

Picture #1 - Go to their website's photo gallery here. See the picture of the guy in white throwing the someting ( maybe tear gas ) back at the police ? First thing wrong with this picture, if he is trying to throw tear gas back I always taught Tear Gas cans after it is launched it is super hot, so you need gloves or a clothe to hold it.

Updated: According to my friend who works with photography this picture is suspicious cause the sharpness of the guy is different the the rest of the picture. ( Like he is so clear in the mids of the smoke, but everything else is blured )

Picture #2 - Going to the direct link of the picture. Download it if you must and use a image viewer to zoom into it or even use the zoom function on your web browser if you know how to.

Picture #3 - Notice that white outline when you zoom in on the guy ? Was this picture editted ? The guy in white was inserted from another picture or something ?

Picture #4 - Same as above, just zoomed in a bit more

So what do you think ? Is this picture doctored ? Meaning that the Main Stream media is spreading false information ? Well you decide.

Picture #5 - It seems that News Straits Times ( the English daily ) also posted the same picture on their website and the sunday edition. They have come out to rebuked that the picture is not doctored.

Picture #6 - They have released even more pictures of the guy to show / claim their innocents.

Picture #8 - Let's zoom in into it to see if he also has that magically white Aura. Oh look he doesn't.

Picture #10 - We zoom in on this too, and see that this guy doesn't have that magical white aura.

Picture #12 - Zooming in, he doesn't have the white aura.

Picture #14 - Zooming in on this picture, there is some white aura.
